What a great product and team. I ordered a new chair from Icons of Manhattan. Covid had caused manufacturing and shipping delays. The team communicated with me throughout the process. I waited and when my chair finally arrived (not their fault) it exceeded my expectations. I love it. Thanks for making a great product and providing excellent customer service. Big fan.

Saw the ad through Instagram and placed an order back in Feb of 2021. I was expecting delivery 6-8 weeks, but then nothing showed up. Call customer service and was told another 6-8 weeks, but again nothing showed up. Called again and was promised no later than 6/1. Well, guess what? Delayed again to 6/18. Finally got fed up and cancelled the order. They sent me refund confirmation, but guess what? I never went through so had to call yet again. This company is a JOKE!!!! You have to call them to find out what's going on as they don't reach out to customers for anything. All this for a $250 chair, 5 months wait and multiple broken promises.

I just got my first order from Icons of Manhattan! I couldn't decide what chair to get, but now after an easy assembly, it fited my living space amazingly. It was my first time ordering furnitur online and I couldn't be happier. The delivery was fast and on time considering the situation right now we are in. Would recommended!

Outstanding service and great value for the desk chair I purchased. There was a minor, cosmetic defect with the chair and Icons of Manhattan offered a material rebate in addition to the discounted price of the chair. The service was prompt and professional. Bravo to everyone at the company.

Took a bit of time to get item shipped but understood due to COVID. Customer service was responsive and item arrived right on time. Looks good!

Chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. It is low to the ground so looks a bit small in our living room so be sure to verify the dimensions. Overall, the chair and ottoman are high quality, especially for the price.
