Easy no hassle order and delivery of the Eames knockoff soft pad chair. Chair looks great, but no tilt-lock except in upright position. The chair 'leans' too forward. Armrests are too low compared to the Eames. I am now looking at how I can rig it to stay level. Also a 'chrome' piece on the front cracked in half right after I set it up, exposing a plastic interior on the rings that hold the fabric in.

Ordering was stress-free. But high quality it is not. After less than a year I'm needing to get a new chair. When I got the chair, I would sit in it a couple times a week, as I didn't do a lot of working from home. For the past two months I've been working from home daily, and get the sharpest back pain after sitting in this chair. I switch to sit in any other chair and the back pain goes away. I've noticed that it feels a little off-center, as if the chair is listing to the side. If I rotate the base I can get it close to centered, but it still lists enough to bring on the back pain after a day of work. The price isn't bad, but you know the saying: you get what you pay for. Chair looks great, but that's about the only thing going for it at this point.

So far so good. Quick and easy order process. Chairs are exactly what we are looking for and appear to be great value too!

Easy to navigate website with loads of great looking furniture.

I’ve ordered a standing desk. The process was very easy. I found the online chat very helpful as well. They looked up delivery dates for me and offered to expedite my shipment. I haven’t received the goods yet so can’t speak for quality.

Really good chairs. I look forward to sitting on them.

Website easy to use.
