Quality product and the order to delivery is quick. Would like to see more larger options for the popular products
Response from iconhookah.comJul 16, 2025
Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We're thrilled to hear you were happy with the product quality and delivery speed. We really appreciate your suggestion about offering larger size options for popular products — that's valuable input, and we’ll definitely pass it along to our product team for consideration. If there’s a specific product you'd like to see in a larger size, feel free to let us know! Thanks again for your support, and we look forward to serving you again soon.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you were satisfied with our service and shipping process. However, we truly regret the issue you experienced with French customs. Unfortunately, local customs regulations—especially regarding tobacco products—are beyond our control. As stated in our shipping policy, we can only offer refunds if the package is returned to us, which is not possible in the event of a seizure. We completely understand how frustrating that can be and genuinely wish there were a way around it. We appreciate you taking the time to inform other customers, and we hope that in the future regulations may change to make these products more accessible. If you ever have questions before placing an order or need assistance with alternative products, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’re always here to help.

People don’t shop here at all there disgusting people if ur packaging doesn’t get delivered they will not give no type of refund or send u another product out they will blame it on the postage people. They claim to be a great company when it comes to replacing anything that has not got delivered to you well that’s a lie, they won’t do any of that.

We sincerely apologize and are very sorry that this situation has caused frustration. As we’ve previously explained, this is not a simple case of a lost package—according to the USPS tracking information, the order was marked as delivered. We fully understand that you’re claiming it was not received, but when a package is scanned as delivered, it limits the actions we can take without further investigation. We did offer to file a claim with USPS on your behalf, but you chose not to proceed at the time. That option is still open—if you’d prefer for us to move forward with the claim, we’re more than willing to assist. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.
