Thank you
Thank you, i will just suggest to revise the price for the delivery charge.... It's too expensive...
Response from iconhookah.comDec 30, 2019
Hello, Taha. It is great to read a review from you. Yes, international shipping might be expensive sometimes, but the prices are not set by us, but by the carriers. Other than that, we hope you enjoyed your shopping experience. Kindly, Icon Hookah.

Poor Response
The product was great! I paid extra for 2 day shipping and it took almost a week to come. I sent an email asking why it took so long and nobody ever responded!
Response from iconhookah.comDec 22, 2019
Hello, Michelle. Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that the delivery of your order took longer than you expected. We actually replied to your email right away, explaining that the shipping you paid for was 2-business days, not regular days. And as you ordered on the weekend, your purchase was shipped on a Monday morning. Even though we are processing orders on weekends too, we are limited by the business hours of the shipping carriers. I hope that clarifies the issue. All the best, Anton
