I have ordered the same Hookah flavor from other companies, only for them to have absolutely no flavor. The one I ordered from Icon has good flavor and was cheaper than the other companies! I’m very pleased!

The product itself is great! Especially for the price I paid. However, as a first time owner of a hookah I wish there was a tutorial on how to put it together. All the videos I found online were for the more advanced hookah’s.

hank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you’re happy with the product and that you found it to be a great value. We understand that assembling a hookah for the first time can be a bit challenging, and we appreciate your suggestion. While we don’t currently have a dedicated tutorial, we’d be happy to guide you through the setup process. Let us know if you need step-by-step instructions, and we can provide detailed guidance. We also appreciate your input and will consider creating a beginner-friendly tutorial to help first-time owners like yourself. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Ordered shisha that showed as in-stock on the website, but was knowingly sent the wrong kind. I wouldn't have minded it if they simply cancelled the ordered or had contacted me before switching the product, but they chose to inconvenience me with having to return the product. The only reason I don't give them 1 star is that they were at least nice about it and didn't try to charge me for a restocking fee.
