Have always had a great experience with this company. Delivery times are quick, prices are fair, no extra tax or fees than others I have seen.

My package was stolen after my community mailbox was vandalized. I reached out to Icon Hookah customer service via chat/toll-free number/email trying to gather information on how to go about claiming with USPS and needing some information. No response from chat or toll-free number and the response via email was without answering or providing information needed. Terrible experience.

Dear Jeff, Unfortunately, we do not have information on how to file a USPS claim, please work directly with the USPS shipping service on this matter. Best regards, Icon Hookah Team.
