I like the collection of stones, but the gold gives off a fake look, too bright of a gold.

Beautiful set. Took over a month to receive it.

Ordered beginning of May and still haven’t received the order yet

My husband bought me the blue set that arrived after Mother’s Day and the color has changed and tarnished. I take great care of my jewelry pieces and do not wear lotion nor perfume due to my eczema and severe skin condition. My husband paid over $150 for the set and they are not willing to refund us Their disclaimers said that the item is water resistant astonish free which is incorrect and false Advertising. DO NOT BUY

The icyqueen pieces are absolutely gorgeous . I love all my jewelry, and will definitely be purchasing some more pieces soon!!! 💍

Slow shipping

I placed my order on April 27th—and I still haven’t received anything. Turns out, they didn’t have enough inventory to fulfill all the orders, but they never notified me. No email, no update, no transparency. I had to follow up on my own just to find out what was happening. The lack of communication and accountability is honestly unacceptable. For a jewelry company, the experience felt messy, disorganized, and downright ghetto. I still don’t have my order, and at this point, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Iceyqueen got my order all wrong. I asked for silver jewelry and it came in gold, the bracelet it to big for my arm. I'm just disappointed
