Bad quality. SCAM
So I was thinking about wearing my tennis chain necklace and I realized the gold plates already started fading. I just got this in September and only wore it LITERALLY twice. I kept in the jewelry box it came in this entire time. I just think it’s wild how it’s fading like this and I barely wore it.

I never got my earring
I never got my earring. They claim that I changed the address, Which I didn’t. Somehow they didn’t help me with anything. I got nothing And lost $$200. They took two weeks to answer my Claims.

Hands down probably the worst customer…
Hands down probably the worst customer service ever in my life! They lack communication and they respond with automatic responses. Very unprofessional. I would highly NOT Recommend. Took almost 3 months for my grill to get here. They didn’t even give an option to cancel order. I truly regret buying from the company. I will definitely report to “Better Business Bureau”

Do not fall for the pictures, Do not shop here.
Bought a chain, waited 2+ months to get it, finally did and the quality was trash. They are actively refusing a refund. Don’t fall for the pictures, I would have been better off going to gldshop. They sent a free tennis bracelet to make up for the long delivery and I’m scared to open it just based on the lackluster quality of the chain. I’d happily send that back too if requested. Save yourself a headache and do not shop with them.
