Everything was great from ordering and…
Everything was great from ordering and receiving my package, the only thing I have noticed is that my necklace does not click/lock in its place like my tennis bracelet does. Thankfully it has the two prongs that lock in to place as well. The tennis bracelet you can actually hear lock in when sliding it into its position before clicking in the prongs. The necklace does not have any sounds when sliding it into place and falls right back out of place before using the two prongs on each side.

Hey there! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery, and that you’re enjoying both your necklace and tennis bracelet. We also appreciate you sharing your experience with the necklace clasp. The side safety prongs are designed to keep the piece secure while you wear it.
