Great experience and can’t wait to rock my new chain

The Moissanite is clean and passes tester. However the website isn’t clear about bale sizes & how they’ll fit your chain. I ordered the “medium” gorilla pendant and it doesn’t fit my 5mm chain, which is relatively small. I emailed customer support, never got a response. Emailed again and claimed they didn’t get my original email. Awaiting response if they will allow me to swap out this pendant for a larger one. They seem to be strict on their return policy.

Gave one star only because I had to otherwise it’d be zero first off. My chain and bracelet are amazing chain came in the wrong size and both chain and bracelet were just thrown in a cardboard box completely knotted and after days of debate, I ended up spending the cost of a whole Other necklace Just to try to get mine to the right size, and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced

Ordered a chain. Said it would be delivered today. Had updates posted since the order was placed until today (“DELIVERY DAY”) and then all of a sudden the free shipping turned into pay an additional $28.25 for shipping or we’re not delivering your order. (which I paid) Can’t get anyone updates other than tracking and it says the delivery is “ON HOLD”. You can’t get anyone on the phone, you can’t get answers chatting through WhatsApp…terrible experience!

$1,400 chain that turns your neck green ain’t so sweet. I bought a few items from these guys. The pieces look great, glisten pretty nice in the light and feel like they’re well made pieces. After waring the chains for a few days though, I noticed my neck had a green ring around it. You can’t get caught lacking like that 🤣🤣 “diamond” chain with a green neck. Therefore, I can’t really ware it. Considering they have a no-return policy, I guess it’s $1,400 down the sink

I recently purchased an item from this company and I was sent a email to submit a review which I did and was offered a discount code from the company. I tried making another purchase using the discount code but the code received by the company does not work. Scam to get you to leave a review but the discount code they send doesn’t work.
