no reply from customer service. as soon as something is wrong you are left in the dark

Bought a cordless vacuum from Amazon ca and the roller bar ceased up just after 14 months.it has been almost 5 months since my first request for warranty. I contacted the site on the warranty card as well as the site for items from Amazon and also the official site with no reply. I have followed up multiple times with no response. Never buy from them, you will never get any warranty support

Cheating Company I have tried for over FIVE months to claim on my warranty for a product which DOES NOT WORK!!!!! NO REPLY!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

Der Kauf des VAC01 ging schnell von statten jedoch benötigte die Lieferung etwas Zeit. Ich habe das Gerät für meine Schwiegereltern gekauft da ihr bisheriges Gerät nicht genügend Leistung brachte und eine Neuanschaffung der Marke erheblich teurer ist. Nun hat die die Bodendüse sich durch Reibung und Verschmorung verabschiedet. Ich habe bereits mehrfach, per Mail, anders geht es ja nicht, Kontakt aufgenommen. Bisher gab es keinerlei Reaktion. Da logischerweise kein Zeitgeist formahen ist habe ich eine neue Bürste parallel geordert. Interessanter Weise soll man dort gleich zwei davon bestellen. Das zeugt von guter Qualität. Also ich verstehe unter Service etwas anderes, schade.

I have to agree with everyone here. Except they did finally get back to me weeks later. My cordless vac worked once. I was at my vacation home so I’m not always there. The next time I used it, it was battery was dead and it wouldn’t charge and it wouldn’t work.. I couldn’t remember where I purchased it. I think I purchased it at Walmart, but because I have two accounts there something got confused and there was no record of it.. They said, sorry this is out of our realm of service.. so tough luck. Not even Any advice on how to fix it.. It it gets worse. I tried to call Walmart to see if they could find my Purchase and give me a refund. However, the number I found on Google for Walmart’s Customer Service was not Walmart and I got scammed out of $1500.. so count your blessings that you only lost the price of the vacuum.

i reported about my vacuum cleaner as it broke down but no response. pls abstain from doing business with this company.

Ho acquistato un ricambio sbagliando l'articolo, ho scritto al servizio clienti chiedendo se era possibile sostituirlo o se potevo avere uno sconto acquistando il ricambio giusto. Risposte zero!!! Ho riscritto un'altra volta il 5 maggio, risultato identico! Mi immagino cosa succede se dovesse avere un difetto l'aspiratore acquistato.
