Bought this cordless vacuum with 3 years warranty. Failed in first year. No reply from company after several attempts to get a response. Low quality products from this company, they offer gifts for 5 star reviews giving artificially high ratings.

Very poor suction, useless on carpets, won't pick up anything apart from the lightest of things and when you switch it off anything that has been sucked up falls back out again.

I am really pleased with my purchase You do have 3 levels of suction but I mostly need the top level easy to reach awkward areas cordless so light and easy to bring round has a light which shows the dust lol easy to empty and comes with spare filters

I bought the JR700 red from amazon November 2023, I activated the 3 year warranty, it’s developed a fault and when I contacted them they sent me a list of parts that I could buy from them. When I explained I had a warranty they stopped responding to my emails, awful company, definitely do not recommend.
