I have used ibookacar many times while traveling to the US, and they have been helpful and responsive to questions and any necessary changes I've needed to make, oh, the awesome pricing is a bonus! Can highly recommend ibookacar, I will definitely be using again on my next trip.

I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and relatives, in fact I already have, but my only problem is not with IBookaCar.com but with the rental company "Alamo" at Newark Intl. Airport. I bought the use of a EZPASS Toll Transponder (I think that is how to describe it) and when I came to two Tolls, both in the state of New York, the EZPass did not work, and I had to drive through without paying, so now I am worried that I will be fined or whatever for this unintended mis-payment. I don't know if this is in your domain, but would be obliged if someone can inform me of the best action to take if the worst happens.

I have rented from Ibookacar over the last 3 years about twice a year. I don't have any complaints. I have recommended them to friends who have told me they were great. I would use them in the future again.

I recently booked cars in Miami using their service. The only thing they could do better is convince the rental agencies to let passengers from Brazil using a voucher rent from a totem, lines tend to be long...

Dear Judith, Thank you for your review! Please note that you can contact our customer service support at [email protected] or by phone after booking to proceed with your online check-in and gain time. We cannot really handle how the local providers manage customers at the counter but our service will help you get through the process faster.
