I was weary about booking through a company I had never heard of before but after reading other peoples reviews I thought I would give it a go. The voucher was emailed, we booked with Alamo. The voucher was honoured with no issues. We rented in Vegas and the thing I did like and was looking for since I was renting in the US was the insurance being included in the rental price. This can be a huge issue and pricey through the rental companies. I would have no hesitation in the future booking again with ibookacar.com

Ocorreu tudo de maneira perfeita. Consegui fazer o check in online, fiz uma confirmação no quiosque da álamo e peguei o carro. Nao precisei pagar mais nada alem do que paguei para a ibookacar. Ainda consegui um upgrade porque não tinha o carro e categoria que reservei. Sempre que entrei em contato responderam rapidamente. Recomendaria para qualquer um e quando precisar usarei de novo.

GOOD COMPANY BUT A BIT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE VAN. ON THE WEBSITE IT STATED THAT VAN CAN ACCOMMODATE 15 PASSENGERS AND 7 BAGS, BUT CLEARLY THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AND WHEN ASKED IF THE REAR SEAT COULD BE REMOVED WE WERE INFORMED NOT WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF US$200.00. WE WERE ALSO TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO LOSE THE PASSENGER SEATS TO ACCOMMODATE THE LUGGAGE. THE HEIGHT OF THE VAN WAS TOO HIGH FOR ELDERLY PERSONS TO GET INTO THE VAN AND WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT A STOOL WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO BUY A STOOL, WHICH WE LEFT IN THE VAN AT THE END OF THE RENTAL.

Conheci a IBookaCar pelo Google, confiei no serviço e foi tudo perfeito. Aluguei um carro na Alamo do aeroporto de Miami através da IBookaCar. Chegando lá, a reserva estava confirmada, sem qualquer pagamento extra. O preço é de longe o melhor. Aluguei um Buick Lacrosse, categoria Luxury - acima da Premium - por um preço menor que o de um Ford Fusion (duas categorias abaixo) se tivesse reservado diretamente pela Alamo. Pesquisei vários serviços parecidos e nenhum oferecia preços melhores que a IBookaCar. Na minha próxima viagem voltarei a usar esse serviço com certeza. Cumpre o que promete.
