Good Day, My experience in the past years with your company has been very good but also disappointed. When going to the counter, the reservation has been lost it happened two times (Atlanta & Orlando) we have waited for more then an hour and a half to complete everything before going to pick-up the rented vehicle. This is very irritating when traveling with kids. But I have to say that for sure to other places that I have traveled and rented around US it went very smooth and fast. Have a great day, R v S

We have used your services over the years. Travelling to the States, we especially appreciate that we don't get 'nickel and dimed' when we pick up the car with intimidating insurance add-ons. And, your rental offers are good value and we get what we expected or better.
