Diferent color is offered but consumer have to remove and install the kit and not all details are in the same color, end up having a gold and silver bath tub instead of a single uniform color. Shower handle is made of cheap plastic even though it cost extra 300 dlls for the diferent color.

No one would answer the phones. NO one knew for over a week where my tub was. And the tub was dinged when we unpacked it. No way to repair it. So I have this new AWESOME whirlpool tub with a ding on the silver top rail. Their suggestion, I tear it out. Tear out $5,000 in tile and tile work. Postpone my new floors. And repay $3,000. to have the tub reinstalled. And another $5,000. to redo the tile work. I will just have to live with the ding. After trying repeatedly to figure out what to do. They finally gave me a 20% discount. I am still livid. I am doing the 2nd bathroom in 6 months. I will definitely not go back to ibathtub. All this time, money, contractors, etc. And that dinged tub destroys the ambiance of the bathroom.
