***FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THEM*** went to pick a car which we bought through the online auction, on approach we realized windscreen was cracked and rear seat belt was cut into 2 pieces ( and in pictures it looks absolutely fine) not mentioned anything in description cost me extra £400 because they are hiding stuff from buyers. Also they place ther own proxy bids. ***FRAUD*** STAY AWAY***

I I bought a 16 ford fusion at IAA Nashville branch.. on 11/03/22.. the announcement was saying clear title and actual miles..when I got the title it was on the back that the car was sold 4 times and each time there a check mark on those little boxes saying that “odometer reading was not correct - WARNING ODOMETER DISCREPANCY”.. I called the auction for past month and nothing was resolved, I spoke with Jeremiah, the manager and nothing was resolved.. I spoke with buyer services several times and all of them underestimated my knowledge in the subject, saying that they can’t do anything.. I went to the branch in Atlanta where I live, and title clerk said that I can’t sell the car in there without announcing odometer discrepancy.. and just a reminder, that’s a felony, a federal crime..

Garbage company! Their employees steal from the vehicles, and the branch manager at Missoula, MT screws over members to help buddy's get deals on vehicles. They will screw over anyone they can. I was high bidder on a truck, and they didn't accept my bid, which I understand. But they are supposed to let you be the first to accept the sellers offer. Well, instead, with multiple vehicles now, they haven't sent any offer and instead put the vehicle I was high bidder on in I buy fast. But as soon as it's hit the I buy fast list it has sold. Literally within seconds. It's happened too many times to be coincidence. Iaa can suck a phalice!

The Raleigh North Carolina branch hides so many things from the public. They lie about their cars and very rude on the phone. The service they give is terrible.

DO NOT SIGN UP AND WASTE $200. I signed up and after 3 days they sent me an email stating that I could now bid on ANY PUBLIC AUCTION! Here's the SCAM... 99% of all their auctions are reserved for dealers, dismantlers, rebuilders, etc...Not for the PUBLIC! What a rip off!!! Seriously, SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

This company is the biggest waist of time and money ever. They have little to zero customer service. This company has underdelivered at every turn. This company undermined every single aspect of the transaction that they were contracted to accomplish. This Company will openly work against any customer that comes into contact with the company: I.A.A.
