I called in and talked to the manager who was supposed to get back to me three days ago. Talk to them yesterday was gonna get a call back. I've haven't heard nothing. They lack poor customer service. They don't care about any customers and they will take you exactly for what you're gonna give them. I highly do not suggest them and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as they have done nothing but screw people over including myself all it takes is one phone call and a communication and I couldn't even get that from the manager nor the other people that work there also. I will be definitely taking this up further. beware, many tow companies refuse to even work with them because they will not return calls answer phone calls, and leave you on hold for 34 minutes at a time. They come "highly"unrecommended by many local companies and the Boise Idaho area.

this is actual scam company. listed car mentioned the damaged in one area , but in purpose hiding the substantial damaged in other area. photos not clear. miss leading , did not disclosed true information. this company can't get away from Australia Law. buyers who are the victim from this company , please united and take action again this company.

Would give negative stars if possible Sold car that stated starts and runs. No codes showing on video. Drive car 4 miles down road and had to have towed home. It actually had 54 codes showing before they discontinued battery to remove codes. Also car had no damage to front end until they brought it out of lot on loader and broke the spoiler on front passenger side. Have just found out engine is completely blown and has to be replaced. Very deceitful company. Took this young kids money for this car and sold him junk. Should be ashamed of their business practices We could have bought a much nicer newer car than this one for what this one and new motor will now cost. Should be against the law to scam people like this

Supposed to pick up my car between 8-noon with a 30 min "on our way" call. 20 minutes to noon, no call. lady is not friendly says her driver is on the way back to Springfield to drop off their first load then headed my way. (which means a couple more hours) I told them no. (I should have just let them drive down.) No phone call to say "we're running behind", no apology, just sounded annoyed. Called Peddle got another company assigned.

No one can tell me from Buyer Services a reason why! I think the the owners forgetting the first rule of business that you need customers so if you continue to treat every Dealership with this antisemitic attitude where you could just ban a person because you feel like you can, you will go out of business let God be the witness!

Taking the part from car they are a thief Not an auctioneer . I send the transport to collect the vehicle but they took head and damage the vehicle more I try to contact them via e mail online chat nothing worked with them if you are buying from them make sure you are your self going to collect or give all the pictures to the driver make sure you are paying for the vehicle as you see from advertising very bad experience with this auction

I had an experience where I bought a car from iaai Little Rock branch and paid together with iaai delivery. The car is showing running in the video. But when it was delivered by Montway transportation, the battery is stolen, literary wires cut off. Nobody want to take responsibility. That is a huge problem not sure whether it is just this branch or all across. They would have been fair to just unscrew a couple of screws rather than cutting the battery wires with a bolt cutter.
