Caveat emptor, they will not work to remedy their mistakes
Many companies, after acknowledging the shortcomings of their site search and inaccurate product images, would gladly exchange or accept the return of an unused product that was ordered in error due to its misrepresentation. HyundaiPartsDeals.com has taken a different tact, however, refusing to entertain that any mistake was made on its part despite no disclaimer that part images may be incorrect. By using a blanket "no return" policy on electronic components, the company makes no exceptions even when its own parts search and incorrect product images directed the user to order the wrong part. It's probably also worth mentioning the product they sent me in 2025 has a production date of April 2013. The correct part I got from a reputable dealer was manufactured in 2024. UPDATE 3/17/2025: For anyone relying on these reviews and the business owner's responses, please note that the latter is purely performative. Everything they mention about wanting to work to resolve this is completely inaccurate, as I went back and forth with them for weeks before posting this original review with nothing but stonewalling on their part. There has been no further outreach from them. While their response may make it appear they care about customer concerns and remedying their mistakes, I can tell you from firsthand experience that none of that has happened in my case.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. We understand how disappointing it can be to receive the wrong part. While our return policy for electronic components is generally firm, we always aim to handle these situations with fairness and integrity, and we’re sorry that this experience has led to such dissatisfaction. We also appreciate your feedback about the age of the part you received, and we understand your concern about receiving an older product. We will review our inventory management and product listings to ensure better accuracy moving forward. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we’d like to look into this further. Thank you for your understanding.
