I ordered a part it was gonna take too long to get to me I asked him to refund my money today ordered it 3 days ago and they said the funds were in my account but hyundai have it released for the 12th from what my bank told me and they're still saying the funds are in my account that it's up to my bank but that was a lie and I would never ever buy anything from this site again and I hope nobody else does either

I ordered my part on the 10th shipping states 1-3 business days. I get an email on the 12th saying I need to confirm my order before it ships... ok was me paying the money not enough of a confirmation? It also states estimated arrival 15th-18th, ok not happy but I get that I didn't "confirm" the order until the 12th. However when I called to see about a shipping tracking number the agent informed me that there wasn't one yet because it wasn't going to ship until the 17th. I asked if they were overnighting it since I was quoted the 15th-18th. The answer of course was no. I told her I wanted my shipping costs refunded since they failed to ship and deliver the part within the time they quoted. What I was met with was a passive aggressive attempt at threatening to cancel my order all together. I don't recommend these people if you have kind of expectation of professionalism, it is lacking.

HyundaiPartsDeal.com webpage states the ordered part fits my car as follows: The vehicle options this part fits: Fit Note: BACK WARN'G CAMERA This is in error. It is not for my camera-equipped car - it's the wrong part. At the time of my ordering the part, I tried to confirm the part is for my car. However, the picture of the ordered part is so tiny there is insufficient detail to determine if it is for a camera fitted vehicle. Regardless, the webpage states it fits my car. HyundaiPartsDeal.com would not refund the part (over 100 bucks landed) because it is electrical. I did not try to install the part as a visual inspection verified it was the wrong part. Ended up buying the correct, genuine Hyundai part, from CNS Motors on eBay. CNS Motors specifically stated the part has “W Rear Camera Hole” and ‘W/O Rear Camera Hole”. The CNS Return policy does not have an exclusion for electrical parts. And, the part was 41% cheaper.

Returned a part in perfect unopened condition and still waiting for a refund. It's been almost a month now. I needed to follow up with a phone call each step of their process. It's terrible. Don't try to return anything if you make the mistake of buying something from them.

I received two of the same lifter and will like to return one of them for the correct part. Both of them were 81771. A photo of both parts was attached as well as the package list. I have been waiting for more than a month for the correct part but have not heard from anyone.
