HyundaiPartsDeal.comReviews of hyundaipartsdeal.com

Part I ordered showed electrical portion of turn indicator light on first picture and just the extension to that part on second picture. Recieved just extension without electrical portion.

Super slow to get parts, company is not AT ALL helpful when there are issues with shipping/ delays. 0 accountability, do not order from unless you have tons of time to sit around and wait for parts that may or may not eventually show up. The only upside is that parts are competitive. Part was supposed to get delivered yesterday, it did not; it did not get delivered today either. I'm about to lose another weekend waiting for the part I ordered.

Ordered much needed brake pads Thought all was done and order was on its way Then a day later get an email that I must agree that I can not return the parts before they will proceed, I agree then they state the parts have been ordered from the manufacturer and once they received them they will ship them !! In the meantime my car sits in the driveway Waiting for brake pads Really can’t believe these people are in business Day after this review So they replied to this review with some jargon that some of there parts have to be done like this ( got a great idea !! When someone is placing their order do this ! ) So today I was told my order will be shipping tomorrow 7 days after the order was placed And have no idea how many days it will take If you’re a hard-working person that needs your vehicle pay a couple of dollars more. I’ll never ever order from these people again. I’d rather go to the dealership. My car would’ve been on the road by now. Now I got a rely on a friend to get back-and-forth to work it’s ridiculous for some brake pads. So the answer to my review for a second time This company states these are specialized parts and because of this you have to sign a waiver, claiming you won’t return them ! Their brake pads and they don’t just fit the G8. They fit a few other Hyundai’s (specialized parts, please.) It’s something that most people stock all the time brakes wear out fastest of any part of a car…just about. Placed order on 2/21 it’s now 3/2 Still no brake pads ?

One part fit the other didn’t

I tried to order two parts from you. I needed a right and left part. I received two left parts. The ordering and the parts delivery were fine. The problem comes in when you have to make a return. It was most likely my error, but it shouldn't take me five phone calls and many online attempts to simply return a part and order a new correct part. Good product, difficult returns.
