Would not accept return even though the part was unopened.
I ordered a part that I didn't end up needing or using. The package was unopened and the part remained in brand new condition. They refused to allow me to return the part and stone walled me with repeated requests. Would not use them again.

Let's give it another shot.
The first time I ordered a part for my car from this website, the wrong part was delivered to my home and it was not easy sending it back without paying a restocking cost. In the end, I didn't pay that fee. I'll just wait and see if the correct part comes the second time that I place an order on this website.
