I'd give zero stars or negative! I ordered a part that was shipped late and arrived one week later than the latest day of the delivery window. I was out of town, the delivery went back and I was charged the shipping fees and 205 of the order. So, instead of receiving apologies... I had to pay $40! For nothing!

That part I needed was easy to find. Live Chat was very responsive. Price unbeatable. Haven't received the part but confirmed it is a genuine OEM part. Haven't received it yet, but my hopes are high.
