BLOWN AWAY! We're going to save almost 10-15K/mo because of this tool. Meta was CRAZY over-reporting and now we can turn off the ads that weren't working and scale the ones that were actually working. Wish I'd done this sooner and didn't dislike Alex Becker's ads so much LOL Thanks to Catalin and the team. They were very patient helping me get this installed on our funnels using Kartra and Clickfunnels and hundreds of ads.

Hyros has made a significant impact in my business revenue. I am blown away by the capabilities of this system. My success manager, Catalin, is so helpful and I consider him to be an extended member of my core team. I'd get Hyros just to work with Catalin...he's so great!!! Hyros provides incredible customer service and support. The chat makes it really easy to ask questions and get a quick response. I am so grateful I found Hyros. It's a game changer!

I have used Hyros for a year now. However, it's reporting is no longer the most accurate or best fit - there are better options that don't cost an arm and a leg. When I reached out to cancel my quarterly bill that processed less than a week ago, I was told I was outside their cancellation window. I had been unaware of that and thought I had the full week, which is why I reached out. They referred me to their terms of service and simply said no. I told them I had reached out kindly, respectfully, and hopefully that after a year of working together they would end our relationship well -- after all, they are no longer a good fit, they bill you IN ADVANCE so I was not asking for a refund for services rendered by services not yet supplied, and I asked to give a 30 day notice and be pro-rated from the 30 days. Their reply: "We are very sorry that your business changed this season and we do not provide any value for you anymore. But kindness, respect and honesty do not set the base for service provider - customer relations, Terms of Service do." I have never been so disappointed in customer service before. WOW.

I recently joined Hyros and have been blown away with all of the helpful data. I have been running around 100K a month in ads and really had a difficult time analyzing or optimizing for anything other than "cost per booked call" which still wasn't accurate in Google Ads or Facebook Ads. To now be able to optimize based on ROI rather than just "cost per booked call" and do so accurately has been a game changer. Not only this, the team reaches out to you and does multiple Zoom calls with you to make sure you're tracking correctly and understand everything Hyros can do. The whole team is amazing, and Hyros is easy to use and looks awesome so it's a joy to use. Thanks Hyros!

It's a scam. Horrible customer support. They claim they have a money-back guarantee, but it's a lie. Our company tried installing it for 4 months but couldn't get it live. They charged us $1,500+ and their account executives refused to give a refund even though we never used the software!!!

Had a few issues setting this up but I had a complicated set up, spoke to Marcelo who was a great help!
