I’ve never been the type of person to actually make an effort to go online & write a review, but this is justified. I bought 5 items from them in early November & just received two of the items the other day. A whole 2 months later. I was being understanding with the pandemic & the delay in shipment with delivery services, but then I received an email today that the other 3 items I purchased has gone out of stock. Tell me how you run out of stock over a 2 month delayed shipment process. They either don’t know how to properly run a company or don’t know how to count, or maybe both. It also isn’t hard to print a few more designs on some t-shirts/hoodies to fulfill a customers order that was made 2 months ago. I’m highly disappointed with their services. I recommend taking your anime loving money towards another company such as @tunedintokyo or @bluevillainart.

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICe I have ever experienced in my entire life. Ordered my boyfriends birthday present on 10/19/2021 and it is now 2022 and I have yet to receive the correct item. Unacceptable for a tshirt that cost me $50, I could have had it custom made 20x over by now

Hypland is the worst store I’ve ever purchased from. No communication from customer services, just random tweets “guaranteeing” delivery, which is a lie. I ordered this item and it has been over a month with no contact, I’ve seen others have their orders randomly cancelled with no explanation. Don’t waste your money on this store, it’s not as legit as it seems.

This store is worst experience I have ever had. I shop alot online and this store shipped my orders 6 weeks after I ordered when it says within 7 business days and I had too spend extra money too make sure my son had Christmas gifts. Just terrible company.

By far the WORST service ever..... One pair of $90 sweatpants (as a Christmas gift) ordered on 12/01 at 12:00pm and after 14 emails a “shipping label” was created on 12/21but this item has not shipped and Christmas is way passed! Asked to cancel order and they say it can’t cancel because it’s being shipped!!!! Would have done zero stars if it was an option! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!

I made a order with these jerks on 11/29.on 12/13 I contacted customer service about a tracking number and was sent one 4 hrs later. I noticed that my package was being delivered in another state so I contacted them to ask what up with that. By the time they got back to me it said delivered in Richmond,WA and I live in BK,NY. I sent screen shots of my shipping address that i provided that was the same as my billing address and they said it’s my fault…first it was my mailbox was too small but I kept trying to explain that it wasn’t even delivered to a state that I live in. Then I was told that I need to contact the delivery company then I was ultimately told that I was responsible for it once it said delivered and they take no responsibility. I got tired of the back n fourth my the bs customer service,and filed a claim with my blank.I advise everyone to do this. I even reorder the same items for my bro even tho I know it will not get here for Christmas…hopefully it won’t take 2 months or I’ll have to cancel this order. Definitely won’t be shopping here again. It his abs to be the worst customer service ever. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered on 11/29 and it’s after Christmas and I still didn’t receive my son’s Christmas present. Write to them and followed up and every shipping date never happened. So sad I was not able to have my son’s gift from him in Christmas morning.

Terrible Customer service, terrible 2-3month shipping times. No accountability, stay far away and by anime gear elsewhere. Ruined Christmas gift for my bro, who I only get see once a year, after we were guaranteed shipping by late nov. Still hasn't shipped..... Spent close to 1k over last 2yrs, happy to say won't be buying here anymore.
