got my items right away! i love the quality of all my clothes. sweats are premium. my tie dye t-shirts don’t shrink, which is a plus. my rug doesn’t shed and my puffer is the perfect amount of puff.

I have been a hypland customer for years & I have never had a terrible experience ever. The clothing quality is excellent, they have the best designs, and always take the time to make great popup experiences unlike any other anime or streetwear brand. Most of the compaints of people on this page are people who are angry that their PRE-ORDER items took forever which would make sense becuase they clearly said PREORDER which means its not ready yet. Hypland had a release that said late november to mid december for delivery, and i guess none of them read. If you dont like to wait, dont order preorder items during a pandemic and the holiday where every business is slow and you wont have any issues. OR if you dont wana wait go into a local zumiez and buy hypland there. However, unlike most of these guys complain, my preorder stuff came in mid december like they promised. I think its evedent that they get tens of thousands of orders during releases. If they were really a '1 star company' they wouldnt have the support they do. dont believe the stupid comments guys, hypland is a great company, with great designs, and great quality. Dont miss out on great stuff becuase youre looking for comments from salty moms who dont read or probably email customer service a million times because theyre anxious
