HypericeReviews of hyperice.com

My experiencing dealing with Jackie, a member of the Hyperice team, could not have been more pleasant or informative with respect to the equipment I had called to inquire about. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I appreciate all that she did for me and this experience was consistent with my past experience when I previously called a few months ago to inquire about other equipment that I ultimately purchased from them. Excellent customer service in a world that is normally so absent of it nowadays. Kudos to Jackie and the other people who work for Hyperice.

They offered a very good solution when my current device failed and was out of warranty.

Great customer service.

I needed assistance from customer support. They were easy to work with and understand. Everything went exactly as it should. Other companies could take a page from their playbook

I had an issue with my Normatec hip attachment and was able to get a warranty replacement with no issue since I am within the one year warranty.

I had a small issue with an accessory and reached out to customer service. Yoshua was extremely fast and helpful. Great customer service. Great experience. Thank you Yoshua/Hyperice!

Yoshua went out of his way to make me a happy customer. I had an equipment issue and he went above and beyond to solve it. Outstanding customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Hyperice EU Customer Support. My Normatec boot developed an issue while it was still under warranty. I contacted the support team, provided the requested information, and the entire process was handled quickly and professionally. Alex was extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient throughout the whole process. My warranty claim was approved without unnecessary complications, and a replacement was arranged immediately. This is exactly the kind of customer service that gives confidence in a premium brand. Knowing that Hyperice stands behind its products makes a huge difference. Thank you to Alex and the entire Hyperice team for the outstanding support. Highly recommended!
