Customer support is unprofessional and gives you the runaround. Received my order and had an issue with a defective part, support said it could have been from delivery. Box was not damaged and it was evident that the attachment had been messed up in the manufacturing process. Returned for refund. I'll go with another company.

No CE certificate, risk of fire

Ordered from hyperice UAE Haven't received my shipment With highly priced massage gun they should have chosen a professional and reputable courier company but they chose cheap courier company which don't value the time and commitment Hyperice should know that most of their buyers are either athletes or massage therapist and they need their product asap to recover or protect themselves from injury On the other hand the customer chat reply is very very slow on hyperice website P.S this review is not about the product but about the service I received After buying an expensive and reputable massage gun I was expecting a quality service

If I could put 0 stars I would. Sent my hypervolt plus 3 weeks old for repair and got a downgraded device in return. Not to mention I need it at a PT clinic for injured people. I have never been so disappointed in hyperice customer service or the product that got messed up in 3 weeks. My first first generation never had problems but they don’t make those.

This company has fraudulent versions of its products being sold by companies as large as Walmart (!) and does not take any legal action to protect its customers. I bought (or thought I bought) a Hyperice Hypervolt Plus from Walmart and then it broke. I contacted them and they said "I understand your frustration but this has nothing to do with our company as it's not our device they're selling." Nothing to do with their company? Clever wording.

Something is rotten in the state of Hyperice. I have never seen such a catastrophic failure by a company to just give two sh*ts about its customers and about doing the right thing and delivering on its commitment to deliver. Take my money, send me a quality product, we will go our ways until we meet again. But no. Hyperice takes your money, leaves you in limbo, fails to deliver and leaves you without gifts to give for the holidays, even when they advertise free 2-day shipping and you order 2 weeks in advance. Nothing. Refuse to give a refund. Keep lying that the order has been sent when Fed Ex clearly shows it has not. No credibility, no remorse, just constant B*llsh*t and stringing along. I don't want to do business with a company like this.

WOW, I just ran across all these reviews and I’m very worried I won’t receive my $425 massage gun. I purchased the Hypervolt on December 9th and have not received any shipping confirmation. I cannot believe it!!!!!! Everything I’ve read is exactly what happened to me. Wasn’t able to get on Chat, then when I was able to get a hold of someone on chat, someone said my massage gun would be shipping out the next day. 4 days have gone by and I haven’t received anything. I was able to speak to someone today 12/21 and they told me that for some odd reason, my massage gun order was rerouted back to California when it should have been shipped from NY. 🤷‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️Makes absolutely no sense. The representative said she would call me back at 5pm PST to provide me an update and I never heard from them. It is really saddening to encounter this especially right before the Holidays. I wanted to surprise my wife but I guess it will never happen. I had spent countless days researching massage guns and I could have went with so many other competitors which probably would have already shipped the item a lot sooner. Very disappointing Hyperice!!!!

I originally called Best Buy since I had purchased the newest Hypervolt plus Bluetooth from them 3 weeks ago to see if they would help with my return. I called Best Buy customer service and even though it was past the 2 week return date they recommended that I bring it into the store where I purchased it only to be told I was a week late to return the product (giant waste of time ). The in store Best Buy customer service stated that I needed to return it directly to the manufacturer and I drove down and waited in line for nothing. The person helping me out at hyperice was helpful to set up a return label. However, only having the $400 massage gun 3 weeks before it stopped working completely does not inspire me that it will be a durable long lasting product. Especially when similar products for half the price are available you would think with light use it would last for more then 2-3 weeks. I was considering other hyperice products but now how serious doubts about the quality and especially value where there are similar products for half the cost.
