I’ve had this massage gun for 7 months and loved it. I use it almost daily. It’s also been very helpful with my husbands recovery post an injury. It felt like there was a weakening in the joint and it became much louder in operation so I was concerned it would break after the warranty was finished. I called and left a message with Hyperice. The call was promptly returned. I was sent a return label, product was repaired and returned promptly. The product is effective and gives a wonderful Massage and now I’m Confident in the company standing behind their product. I’m now looking at other products in their range. They have a great but small selection
