My service was excellent and timely.

I love my Hyperice product. The process to have it serviced seems simple and fast. I was able to have my RMA to send my product in for service while still on my initial chat with their customer support. I will get it sent off for service tomorrow! Love how easy this process was.

Tristan was helpful in directing me through three troubleshooting paths to help determine my problem. Once that was figured out he sent me the new part. No drama, no problem, no fuss. It was a very pleasant experience.

I haven't even used the product and am already beyond pleased with my investment. I received my product yesterday and was wanting to register it before using, as per the warranty instructions. I was having issues so I did a customer service chat and had a delightful and informative conversation with one of their reps that solidified my decision to invest in this porduct. Now I look forward to using the product on my sore muscles.

Excellent product! Use every day

Really pleased with my purchase. Immediately felt better after a couple of minutes of using it. I would recommend it. Of course the price is high but I guess you pay for quality. (knock on wood) I bought it 1 day ago but I love it.

Hands down the best massager out there! Had originally bought some of the knock offs and they broke each within the month. NOTHING compared to Hyperice
