great customer service

Had my first hiccup with my Normatec Pulse and within minutes of chatting with a rep, had a replacement on its way. Great customer service by people who truly care and stand by their product. I highly recommend and will buy again.

Product is awesome but all good electronics can fail or break. Hyperice customer care listened to my issue and found a fair solution even tho I was out of my 1 year warranty. Your product is only as good as your customer service, and theirs is 5 star for both! Highly recommend

The HyperVolt product has helped me bounce back after a second knee surgery. Great product..but wait, there's more. HyperIce seems to "just get it" in terms of how they treat their customers. I've had the HyperVolt over a year and had an issue with the handle that I needed help on. Their HyperCare (customer support) team was incredibly responsive (replied after listed hours) and immediately came up with quick solution to remedy the issue. This is the type of support paired with a great product that turns customers into fanatics.

Hyperice Hypervolt - Great for soreness. I've had tightness in my hip flexors and hip extensors (glutes) for years. It's gotten worse as I'm approaching 50. I use the Hypervolt after exercise, before exercise (if I'm really tight, at the end of the day, or whenever the mood hits. It's helped me recover faster, exercise with less pain, and has been great for days when my shoulders and/or upper back are tense and stiff. I can't believe how great it is, even for an aging non-athlete like me.
