I purchased the Normatec Pulse recovery boots in April and just recently started getting an error notice. I contacted Hyperice through the app on my phone with a description of the error. Hyperice provided an initial diagnostic and then worked with me to find the root cause and solution. It was speedy and extremely helpful.

I had a simple question about a discount from Weight Watchers and although said discount wouldn't work with the new Bluetooth Hypervolt products, I was provided a similar discount by the customer support team at Hyperice. They could have just said "sorry for your lost" but instead provided me their own incentive.

This is a great product & a fantastic company. When I needed my Hypervolt repaired, I left a messages and was contacted within 10 minutes. Kelley was incredibly helpful and professional and made the process very easy. The Hypervolt itself is worth every penny. It’s made a huge difference in the pain I’ve had. I have recommended this to friends and will continue to do so!
