HypericeReviews of hyperice.com

In this day and age when customer service is often so middling or poor, it is delightful to receive Hyperice’s FANTASTIC customer service. I emailed with a question, an amazing person (Valeria) offered to to investigate, came up with a solution, emailed me several times, followed up and delivered. Awesome. Hyperice products are great. I have a collection of them for various places, and have given them as gifts to others. But I didn’t know until today how their great product is backed by superb customer service. Thank you Valeria. And thank you Hyperice.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my purchase but the matter was quickly resolved. Jack was extremely helpful and I’m loving my compression sleeves.

Ivan was the person who helped me with my concern. Wonderful customer service. Timely replies to my emails. Provided options on what could be done. Got things rolling so that I could figure out my next steps of what I wanted to do. If I had questions or I was uncertain about something, Ivan provided feedback and clarifications. I am very grateful on how easily it was to communicate with Ivan and am thankful for all the help that was provided!

Great experience with Hyperice today. Love my Hypervolt but battery dead and no longer available. Called customer service, GOT A REP IMMEDIATELY (a REAL person!) who was Efficient AND professional! Sent me a form to replace with a new one at a discount and I was DONE in 5 minutes. No hassle! Easy! Silly, but I'm so delighted to get a new one in 7 days! Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. THANK YOU!' 😊

Breanna was great to work with! So quick at responding and was able to get my issue resolved. Great customer service!

Hyperice has an exceptional customer service team. They have helped me resolve problems quickly and easily. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their products.

Purchased the Normatec 3- Legs to try and help recovery after a torn meniscus. Had them a little over a year when my puppy decided one was a chew toy. I thought I stopped her quickly but it wasn’t quick enough. She chewed a zipper and it wouldn’t zip all the way. I contacted Normatec and they were able to sell me a single boot instead of needing to buy a whole new set.

Valeria and Hyperice are rockstars. Provided best customer service you could ever ask for. Purchased entire body Normatec and had problem with zipper on one of the legs. Provided prompt attention and great service. Will be a repeat client!!!
