I had had my eyes on Hyperice for some time now and my daughter had 2 products of theirs and I loved using it when I visited her. I had a few questions and concerns and Breanne was excellent and very helpful in answering my questions and most of she was very patient with me. Hyperice is truly an investment so you have to make sure you know what you are getting into and measure correctly etc. She was wonderful. I typically don’t care to use a chat but given the time I chose to do this, it was all that was available but Breanne was phenomenal and was there for me every step of the way. Kudos to you Breanne! Thank you! We shared a few laughs along the way too. That’s how you know it wasn’t a bot and a real person. I’m looking forward to my order. Thank you again!

These are expensive but they do work. The wireless feature is great and they are very adjustable and personalizable for the amount of pressure you desire. Worth it even if not an athlete. I have MS and have spasticity in my legs and the pressure relieves the spasticity. Excellent for circulation if you do not have blood clots, as a PT, PhD do not use if you have a history of lower like blood clots!

Thr customer service was fast, flexible, and courteous. Got the needed replacement quickly.

I highly recommend HyperIce for the quality of products and support they provide. I had a HyperIce Knee Unit that i use to ice myself down after competition. The bag started leaking and it turned out to have a puncture in the bag. I reached out to their support and was promptly assisted. Breanna was pleasant to deal with and provided a replacement bag right away.

One - the product is incredible. My entire family uses it pre and post-workout. We had tried other less expensive products and they just didn't make a difference. This product was well worth the investment. Two - their customer service is incredible. The Hyperice team stands by their product and are extremely responsive.

I had an issue with the Viper 3 I purchased a few months earlier. Breanna helped me out so much. After some preliminary troubleshooting, she understood my issue and made every reasonable effort to support me and uphold HyperIce’s warranty. Sometimes, problems just happen. In this case, I felt taken care of and a replacement unit was sent without delay. That's the kind of interaction that every one would want to have when issues arise. And it's a company that I can whole-heartedly endorse.

I purchased my Normatec during covid in 2020. The product lives upto their proposition and works wonders for my recovery and sleep. But the most amazing thing I want to share is the post sale service from Hyperice. I have twice needed to contact them to resolve issues and they have been amazing . Their service is totally focused on customer needs . It’s prompt , professional and problem solving . I would not hesitate to anyone not sure to purchase Hyperice ( Normatek ).
