Fast response from support team except it took awhile for me to receive the tracking number. It took until the day of shipment for me to receive the tracking number.

Using the Hyperice jultiple times over the first weekend provided immediate relief for a tight calf muscle. Using the Hyperice for occasional maintenance massage is my plan going forward. Sharing the Hyperice with friends/family, it was interesting to note that each individual had a different set of locations that they wanted to apply first usage (shoulder, back, thighs, etc.).

Purchased the Hyperice knee sleeve to ice my knee with patellar tendonitis. Sleeve and ice bag work very well and is able to ice my knee for a very long duration. Only issue I found was that when the ice melts, the water can leak out from the air release valve.

Product is great. Plenty of power. I do prefer it over other types of massage vibrators as the force is very directed on the target zone, not spread out radially. However, it is extremely expensive. I have not tried the cheaper alternatives that are currently on the market, but $350 is extraordinarily high...

Got off to a rough start. Purchased both a vibrating roller and the percussion gun. Both failed in a very short period of time, about a week each. The company replaced them and the new ones work great. Love the vibrating roller, hits harder than others I have used.Well worth the extra money.

I like the hypervolt a lot as do my athletes. My athletes also like the hypersphere. However, I wish it was more durable. An athlete was massaging his pec minor against a wall and it slipped and broke open. We were able to get it back together but there is still something rattling around inside. As far as customer service is concerned, they mostly respond to the chat or email. I prefer talking to a person over the phone when I have issues. Overall, I like the products.
