With less than a month left on my warranty, my venom 2 stopped charging. I use it all the time, and was concerned about how Hyperice would be about honoring their warranty. What a pleasant surprise: Breanna the service representative troubleshot the problem and has my device working again. No hassles, very professional, courteous and effective service.

I bought a Hypervolt Pro 2 in 2022. I love this product and use it every day. I contacted customer service at Hyperice when I noticed the round head attachment was peeling. I called to inquire about the possibility of a replacement attachment. I emailed my request for consideration to Hyperice. Yoshua, the Hyperice, Inc. specialist contacted me that same day!
