I love their products. I use the back and Shoulder units and they are awesome. The customer service is great too. After 6 months I had an issue with the charger and they quickly replaced it.

I bought the original Hyperice massage gun back in 2019 and used it often. It worked for me without any issues until it was stolen Dec 2024. So I bought the Hyperice 2 pro and this thing is sweet! The handle design is better, the heated head attachment is really nice and this thing penetrates the muscles deep! One of the heads I received had an issue but I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement part right away. I absolutely love this product and the customer service was great. Thank you!

We love our Normatec recovery leg compression system. Customer service took care of an issue with the zipper fast and easy! Great product even better service

I was always having hip and calf pain but since purchasing this item, I have been able to massage out those pains and feel great. Whenever I get a cramp or pain, I pull out this massage gun and massage away the pain. The heat attachment is great for the calves and neck. Best purchase I ever made and would recommend.
