I had an issue with my 2 year old Normatec 2 legs device. One of the leg zippers popped. I contacted support and even though my warranty had expired, after sending photos and serial number, they verified my purchase and offered to replace the one leg that popped. Looking forward to receiving it so I can get back to using my Normatec. Easy and very nice service. And VERY satisfied with the outcome.
