I emailed customer service as I like my Hypervolt Go 2 device but would like the Full Ball attachment rather than what comes with the unit. Customer Service responded quickly and sent me the attachment that I was seeking, at no charge. Very good Customer Service!

My massage gun abruptly broke down due to some mechanical failure. Knowing I was still under the limited manufacture warranty, I expected to have to jump through hoops to claim it. Yoshua, the specialist I connected with, jumped in and guided me through the steps. With his help, and a lot less time than I expected, I was told that they'd replace my unit. Overall, a very frictionless experience.

Two years ago my physical therapist used a hyperice back massager on me. It worked so well that I purchased one for home. To date, I use it every day, it helps not only my back but my hips as well. Imagine my dismay when I couldn’t get it to charge. I called the product office and had the most amazing customer service ever! They identified the issue. A new charger was shipped to me free of charge and it works again. What a relief!

Excellent support experience.... After being very happy with my purchase of a Hypersphere Go I decided to purchase a Hypervolt2 massage gun. A few months after getting solid use out of it and purchasing the heated head the gun started acting up. I tried calling the support line and was outside of office hours. Reaching out via email I had a response a couple hours later. The overall process of discussing the issue, diagnosing, and settling on a warranty replacement was a very simple process. The support agent I worked with was great. Have to give Breanna credit for being great to interact with and being very prompt with her answers and helping me get a quick resolution. To the credit of the rest of their team the following day they saw the missed calls I made to the support line and they called me back to check if I still needed assistance. Even though I had an issue with the Hypervolt2 I've had no problems with my Hypersphere after a few years of regular use. The replacement massage gun works better than the original I purchased. Leads me to believe it was a defect rather than a design flaw. Hyperice did exactly what you want to see in that situation and they quickly resolved the issue. Safe to say I'll be purchasing more from Hyperice in the future

La tête de mon Hypervolt Go 2 était HS. À l'origine, je contactais le service client simplement pour acheter les pièces nécessaires afin de le remettre en état. À ma grande surprise, après seulement quelques échanges par mail et l'envoi de quelques photos, le service client m'a renvoyé un appareil neuf ! Il faut préciser que mon appareil n'était pourtant plus sous garantie... Un immense merci pour ce geste commercial rare et pour votre professionnalisme. Je recommande Hyperice à 100 % !
