We had a somewhat unique purchasing experience with our Normatec lower body package purchase, so I contacted Hyperice for help and guidance prior to buying through Amazon. To be honest, I was nervous because a product of this professional quality is pricey, and I didn't want anything to go wrong. Jack was incredibly helpful through the whole process and helped us navigate through our specific situation. My husband is wearing the legs now and has declared that this is "his favorite thing ever." He's a cyclist who logs about 7000 miles a year, and I'm a former powerlifter in the process of a knee rebuild. Normatec is awesome! My wife had an accident recently and the compression booths have brought her great relief. When our hose broke after years of use, I contacted the support staff at Hyperice because the replacement hose was out of stock and I needed one immediately. Within two days of contacting the support staff, namely Breanna, they sent me a replacement hose post-haste. My wife and our our grateful beyond words. She can now continue to recover. Thank Hyperice support team for reaffirming my faith in consumerism!
