I have various products from Hyperice and over the years there have been a few issues but when there has been, the CS team here have been 1st class. Even when parts were discontinued, out of warranty and unable to fix. They have been swift to act and offered a beyond fair solution so that I was back in use quickly. I will continue to add all the items they offer as the product has drastically improved my recovery time and I love everything that make. Thanks Hyperice for going above and beyond every time!

Customer service was amazing. We had a Normatec 2.0 that we used regularly for 8 years. One day, it stopped turning on. Support tried to fix the issue but ultimately, the unit was no longer functional. They assisted us in purchasing a new unit at a drastically reduced price. They were incredibly prompt, thorough, kind, and helpful. Very impressed.

Had an issue with my product after two years of owning it. The customer support team at Hyperice helped me troubleshoot and ultimately ended up replacing the product with a new device without hesitation, in a timely manner, free of charge. Very satisfied —

I had a hypervolt 2 pro large ball applicator go bad. Jackie immediately replaced it after I explained my situation. I own many Hyperice products but this was my first customer care experience. Awesome.....

Breanna was extremely responsive and proactive is helping me replace my 7 year old Hyperice device. I use it 2x daily head-to-toe and love it! She recommended a replacement and followe-up promptly to insure I was taken care of ... excellent customer experience, thank you!!!
