HypericeReviews of hyperice.com

I’m an avid golfer and a regular user, fan, & believer in Hyperice’s Normatec products! I own two sets of Normatec Elite Hips & Normatec Go calf sleeves! I sent a detailed explanation with photos of a battery problem with my newest “Go” sleeves. Customer Support response was immediate, instructions were detailed & easy to follow. In less than a month I received new “Go” sleeves! It was the finest customer service experience I have had in some time! THANK YOU Hyperice! Not only are your products the best, the company & employees supporting those products & providing solutions are as good as it gets.

My experience with Isabella was nothing short of incredible. In a time when companies are going the AI route, it was refreshing being able to connect with a representative so quickly and have live feedback instantly. Isabella was able to find a solve to my problem quickly. She is very accommodating and ensured nothing but satisfaction.

I had received a hypervolt as a gift. It wasn't working and the customer service agent helped me go through everything for over 1/2 hour. Finally, she said they would send me a replacement, a new one since the one I was given was an old model, at no charge. They were so helpful - it was amazing!!!

I recently purchased a Hypervolt Go 3 massager and felt that the battery wasn't holding a charge as long as it should. I reached out to customer service, and I was thoroughly impressed with their response. They quickly asked me to verify my purchase, offered to replace the massager, and even provided a prepaid shipping label to return the original unit. It's refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and make the warranty process so easy. Phenomenal customer service and a great customer experience from start to finish!

Awesome customer service! The representative was prompt, professional, and clear, and he resolved the issue. My Venom Go was malfunctioning - I explained the problem and provided serial number, photos, and my address, and the representative is sending me a replacement!
