Wish I read these reviews before buying bad experience as well with the customer service spend $250 on a product and there email bounces back and no one picks up the phone. After making the purchase the delivery information and confirmation should be emailed and nothing was. Did provide a tracking number but nothing comes up on FedEx. Hyperice please step up your customer service and GIVE MY MOMEY BACK if your not sending me the product.

They sant wrong products for me. So I tried to send email and make a phone call both of them are no response.

Terrible service, no one respond my email for more that 2 weeks. I bought Venom shoulder left during the Christmas, and is not working at all, I do follow the exactly instructions and the power seems already damaged. Then I send them a lot email and send message on Instagram, but no one responded to me. that’s ridiculous!!!!

They have worst customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered Hypervolt on Jan 1st, and Hyperice charged me same day. Today is Jan 10th, and there has been no indication of shipment or ship notice. I contacted them via emails twice (no reply yet) and called once on Jan 6th. They said on the phone that they would ship this week, which never happened. I understand that they are busy from accumulated orders from holiday season, but no response to emails is totally unacceptable. If they don't ship in a few days, i will call CC company and ask help to get my charge back. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy through Hyperice.

Great product, absolutely the worse customer support I have had the displeasure in dealing with. Won't ship product. Won't return emails. Web site support just points you to email them, which again, doesn't get responded to. Chat isn't live. Call them and you simply are told to email them. Major issues not worth investing more money into. Will ask my CC for a charge back and move to another brand. Hi, I waited another week because for some reason I hold out hope that companies actually care but... Still ZERO response from their customer service after two direct and separate attempts and ZERO response about an order placed over 3 weeks ago. Even though Hyperice responded to this review and said their Chat was open, this is simply wrong. Yes, I am sure I could respond back with my order number to the direct message I received and get pushed to the front of the queue, but this just hurts other unhappy people. I would rather take my business elsewhere. Must be nice to be a company making so much money you simply don't need to care about reputation or customers.

Placed an order a week before Christmas as a gift and spoke with customer service who assured me that it would arrive by (latest) the 24th of December and that shipping information would be emailed asap. Never received shipping confirmation and could not get in touch with Hyperice from 12/21-12/26 (after Christmas). Needless to say it was a very disappointing Christmas for the gift recipient. When I was finally able to contact someone they mentioned they'd would send a free "mini sphere" as a consolation and my Hypervolt was "on the way" but when I had asked for a return shipping label they gave me an ultimatum and had to choose between the shipping label or mini sphere. It is not worth the headache to deal with Hyperice when there are so many other companies/products out there with much better customer service!

Super bad customer service. I’m about ready to call my credit card company and tell them to cancel the payment. I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service every way possible. They are all fraud like. The phone goes straight to voicemail, the chat reconnects and sends you back to 35th in line and they do not email you back. You are better off purchasing from theragun or even Amazon. This company is horrible and a fraud! I’ve never been so frustrated with a company!

I ordered a Hyperice product on Dec 13 with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. After a week or so, it still had not shipped, so I started emailing, trying to use the online chat, and making phone calls to check on the status, but nothing worked. Two days after Christmas, and the order status still shows processing, and have never received a single response from the company. I have gone from a fan of their products, to not willing to purchase another Hyperice product, to giving them a strong negative review to alert other potential buyers.
