Dear Karen, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're extremely sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with your purchase. We understand that this must be very disappointing to you. As we stated in our previous conversation, we would love to send a new shirt to you. The only concern is our factory is located overseas and all of our shirts are made-to-order so we need certain time for turnaround. For that very reason, we hope for your sympathy that we are not able to deliver the replacement to you within 2 weeks as per your requirement. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. It’s not the experience we wish to create for any of our customers. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and allowing us to address it. If there is anything else I can help you with, please contact us directly at [email protected] . Yours sincerely, Hyperfavor Team
