If you're looking for an online resource to help you crush the USMLE Step 1, then you've gotta check out Dr. Rahul Damania. This man is the real deal - not only is he a pediatric critical care fellow, but he's also an amazing teacher. First off, his energy is just through the roof. He's so passionate about the material and it's so contagious. I found myself getting genuinely excited to learn every time I tuned in to one of his videos. But it's not just his energy that's impressive - it's also the way he teaches. He's a master at taking a ton of different concepts and weaving them all together into a single question. This really helps you see how everything fits together, and it gives you a really broad understanding of the material. Plus, he's really good at thinking like the test makers. He'll show you how to break down a question and figure out what the test writers are really asking. This is so valuable when you're studying - it makes it so much easier to figure out what you need to know. All in all, Dr. Damania is an amazing resource. He's got the knowledge, he's got the energy, and he's got the teaching skills to help you ace the USMLE. I can't recommend him enough!

I was prepping for USMLE step 1 with uworld mostly and ended up giving by second NBME after finishing more than 50% of UW. I did not improve and was far from my target score. I came across HYGURU youtube videos which I found amazing ,watched videos on my weak areas ,loved it and decided to take up pass/fail course.It’s the most amazing video resource out there .Dr Damania combined bnb ,pathoma, FA and High yield points from NBME and uworld into one. The uworld practice questions given along with the videos is cherry on top.He was always available to clear my doubts and guided me throughout . Dr. Damania is a passionate teacher which inspires you and makes you want to learn more.. I just wanted to send a small testimony to his videos..my name is Rowena, an IMG,studying/ prepping for the USMLE.. as I was nearing the step 1 exam I found his videos. It started with listening to his live recorded podcasts on YouTube while taking my toddler for a stroll. I found them extremely useful and I started feeling really happy when I started getting more questions right at that point of time. The consolidation and integration of facts were very easy to understand and store in my memory. On the day of the exam, during so many questions I remembered the points he had mentioned. ( eg. Physio changes when standing, etc). By the grace of God I passed my step 1 exam.. even listening to a few videos of his enhanced my prep so I wanted to say thank you! 🙂 ( secretly wishing he had videos for step 2 CK!- which I believe is not far fetched ;)) thank you and take care !

I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Damania on a phone call pertaining to the best approach for studying for classes as well as comp/step 1. Dr. Damania was extremely helpful, nice and showed genuine concern for my academic success. He really broke down a method to creating a structured routine that incorporated class material, outside resources and his USMLE pass fail course. He catered his recommendation to fit my goals. I am super excited and more confidence about completing my last semester and preparing for comp as well as step 1.
