Lamp is defect after only a few hours of work . Poorest quality!

THIS HEATER IS A DEATH TRAP AND THE SELLER KNOWS THIS BUT KEEPS DELETING ALL THEIR BAD REVIEWS TO KEEP SELLING. THIS HEATER ALMOST KILLED ME AND THEY SHOULD NEVER BE SELLING THIS CHEAP DEATH MACHINE. I plugged it in and in a few seconds it was making a loud buzzing noise, turned bright orange and then imploded with a loud bang and filled the room with smoke and burnt electrical smell. The explosion could have killed me and set the house on fire. This happened in a matter of seconds after turning it on and it was unavoidable and left me no time to react. I'm scared to use aquarium heaters now. Take this product off the market because people will die from this and it is unsafe and illegal! I will be spreading the word about this and the fact that you ACTIVELY DELETE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT TRUTHFULLY CALL OUT THIS CHEAP BOM of a product that I purchased and it almost killed me. I am sure that you cheap cts will delete this feedback along with all your other honest reviews about how terrible these products are will just get deleted as you are all just out to screw over the consumer for a petty dollar. I hope you change your ways before someone gets hurt but who cares about the consumer as long as they buy it right? THIS IS GETTING POSTED ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITE SO GO AHEAD AND DELETE IT OFF FAKE SITE BUT I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS HOW DANGEROUS YOUR PRODUCTS ARE AND THAT YOU ACTIVELY PROMOTE THEM DESPITE THE HARD EVIDENCE THAT THEY ARE DEATH MACHINES

Got a hygger gravel aquarium cleaner first one made it thru ONE cleaning and was spraying water all over the place near and at the spigot end contacted the company the sent me a replacement against my better judgment.... would have preferred a refund since it barely made it thru one use. The replacement didn't even last one use. Do not waste ur money on this product... it truly is a piece of junk.

I’m so unhappy with this brand. I had one of their 46 inch aquarium lights. It arrived the power cord exposed so I had to use electric tape to cover it. I threw the shipping box out and didn’t have a way to prepackage and return so I dealt with it. Around 6 months later, the controller buttons started to crack and the timer started shutting off the light 3 hours earlier than it’s supposed to. I wrote a bad review about it, and then I reached out Hygger per their suggestion. Hygger sent me a replacement but I didn’t use the replacement immediately. By the time I opened the box, I saw that the replacement light had no power cord (attached to the side of the light) so they basically sent me a light with a hole on the side with no way to connect it. There was also AC power adapter which is the separate cord you use to connect with the cord attached to the light itself. Basically, both cords missing created a useless LED panel. At this point, I was fed up. I would contact Hygger again but it’s already been too long. Their quality control is terrible! I wish I could get my money back for this Hygger light because it was such a waste of time!

Iv been keeping planted tanks and fish now for 15 years iv had about 20 aquarium light in this time .Had the hygger 18w light for a year now I would not purchase it again who designed this. There is no way to control the setting on this light unless you have the moonlight blue led going all night long which no one wants if you running a planted tank you want the light unit to go off completely to give the fish a rest and the plants from the light.This means that you can't set the with the controller to dim it if you are getting algea or it's to bright.even if you have a separate plug timer it turns on on full power iv tryed everything. I have to get up every morning and mess about with the aquarium light controller to set it to the desired light level. Who every designed this controller on the light has not got a clue about planted tanks and aquariums .. Shockingly bad. I'm going to buy another light unit ...Lee

Leider keine Null Sterne zu vergeben. Der Kontakt gestaltet sich schwierig bis dahin das man sich verarscht fühlt und man liest sogar bei 5 Sternen auf Amazon und sowas soll Wasserdicht sein. Man selber verzichtet gerne auf so ein Erlebnis und wird sich nicht weiter mit sowas herumärgern

HG902 heater died after 2 months use. No support from company. Intially responded to first email for assistance, then no response to follow up emails. Heater cost over $100. Would expect better quality and customer service when paying that amount.

Within a year 2 hg925 300w heating elements went out. I tried to contact them but hygger web page to submit questions does not work
