I bought the 100 watt heater and after two months it kept flashing EL. I reached out to the company and Emma was amazing! She responded quickly and sent me a replacement heater right away! Great response time and wonderful customer service!

I've purchased several items from Hygger Aquarium. Most recently, I had an issue with a pair of submersible aquarium lights. One of them wasn't showing the blue lights at night. Contacted support and they sent a replacement. Easy communication and troubleshooting. I sent a video and they approved the replacement. Good service and the replacement arrived in 2 days.
