Hygger seems to really be a company that cares for their customers. I had a small problem with a part from the Gravel Cleaner recently. I emailed and Ginger treated me fairly and quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement part. I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone interested. Hygger's Customer Service (especially Ginger) is wonderful and should be giving lessons to other companies.

I accidentally ordered the wrong light when I meant to order the Hygger HG957 I emailed Hygger customer service, told them what it happened, and they immediately found my order and switched it out for the light that I wanted Not to mention this hygger 957 led is an absolute BEAST
