I purchased the 32 oz Red Glass Bottle and am LOVING it! I have been struggling to consume water for..DECADES! I keep my bottle on my desk and am so far I am able to get through one a day... for now! Which is 32 oz more than EVER before!

It’s so refreshing to find a company who not only has great products but excellent customer service. The strap on my insulated sleeve was broken when I received it. I sent them an email and quickly got a response. Within 24 hours of contacting them, Jessica S had a replacement sent out to me. It seems like most companies anymore you have to pull teeth to receive subpar customer service but Hydromate has gained a life long fan and customer. Thank you Jessica S. and Hydromate!

I have gone through multiple bottles. The first two broke because they were glass and I am clumsy. I ordered a replacement and Hydromate were kind enough to give me a code to save some money if I wanted to order a replacement for my second bottle. I am the manager at my company and my agents see how much water I have been drinking. They have noticed me feeling better and my skin looking better. As Hyrdromate were kind to give the code, we used it to order bottles for our whole office. My girls are so excited to get the bottles they chose and to try take an easy step towards better health. I personally find having the times on the bottles really helps me. It shows me how long I have gone without drinking and reminds me to keep up. Over time it has created a great habit.

Shipping was delayed but Jessica from customer service was very helpful in explaining why. She refunded my shipping right away. She was very kind and it was very quick response time. Highly recommended.

This company is THE best. That’s it - not one but the BEST. I just wanted to say I love these bottles, I am in the process of losing weight and have to hit my water intact everyday, 1 gallon per day. This bottle makes it easy and very efficient to be able to hit that mark everyday! I love the straw especially!!!!!!!! Makes drinking way easier !!!!! I can keep it in my lap and sip from as I please while at work, at the gym or doing my everyday for tasks . It is very affordable, as I have shopped around and saw gallon water bottles from $25 to $60. These are cheap and very sturdy! I had to buy two more because my boyfriend stole my black on I bough previously 😭 and my clear one broke when I accidentally dropped it down a flight of stair! It only had a small crack in it which made the water leak out . Other than that I used them for months and loved these bottles. They are super fun and cute!!! I love these bottles and wouldn’t use any other company ! The most important feed back I can provide is: Your bottles keep the water tasting fine, MOST (if not all, and I have tried MANY) alter the taste of water after about 2-4 hours later, making it taste VERY “plasticy “🤮. Thank you for providing top quality bottles, as I have gotten friends and people in my gym to order from your company as I always say very good things since it is true. I wouldn’t go by any other brand for bottles but yours!! It is very safe to order through them. As I have ordered twice so far in 2020 .
