I can’t thank Hydroh customer service enough. They went far beyond what was expected. I broke my bottle the morning of July 2. It slipped in my hand and fell over on the kitchen counter, water and glass everywhere. I called customer service. They said they didn’t sell spare parts, which is fine, I broke it. They offered to replace it. No need, I ordered a new replacement. I love the Hydroh bottle, great product.

First… I am so happy that now I can drink pure water with no flavourings. It just seems so light and clean like water is supposed to taste. Second…. I ran into a problem with my bottle and would like to report the exceptional customer service with prompt response and support. Up date 8th of July Below was my experience as I ordered. It took a little time however my pro bottle is on its way, the tracking says its in London so not long before its delivered.. and I cant wait. Customer services have been fantastic with me and are sending me a gift. 100% happy Customer. Will give a review once I have used the bottle for several months. Thank you Customer services Recived an email instantly after ordering saying (There is an issue with your address which prevents us sending it to you.) I sent an email straight back with clear instructions there is no issue with my address and confirming my address again... I have sent several other emails confirming my address and asking if my order has been processed, asking if they need a alternative address!!! Frustrating no replies at all..SO HYDROH You sent me an email stating There is an issue with your address which prevents us sending it to you. YOU have my money but can't be bothered to reply to me... very stressful this is a birthday present... I wish I took notice of the other reviews on here.... my bank will pull the money back so I won't get scammed if this is what they are doing to people!!! Be warned people!!!

When washing the glass bottle before use, the silicone seal came off and when trying to put it back on the bottle slipped out of my hands and smashed to pieces. I contacted Hydrohbottle and very kindly are sending me a replacement.

Hydroh bottle is a brilliant product - it gives tap water a lovely smooth taste and it's great for helping with fatigue and inflammation.Customer service is very good and sort out any problem very quickly.
